We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

 

Exchanges 

We offer exchanges for items of equal value within 30 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. 

 

Refunds 

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. 

 

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received. 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items 

In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
